Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our boomerangs come with guarantees you can’t throw away under the ACL. If a product has a major problem, you’re entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund. A “major problem” includes when the product:

Has a fault that would’ve stopped you from buying it if you’d known, Is unsafe, Differs significantly from the description or sample, or Doesn’t perform as promised—and can’t be easily fixed.

For minor problems, we’ll get things flying again—through repair, replacement, or refund.

Change-of-Mind Returns — “Just Didn’t Return Right” Policy

By law, we’re not required to accept returns for change of mind. But because we like you to keep smiling, here’s our goodwill policy:

Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase—provided the boomerang is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Change-of-mind returns are subject to the customer covering return postage.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final—no boomerang bounce-back here, unless faulty:

Custom or personalized boomerangs (with custom logos, designs, or engravings)
Used or damaged items (unless they arrived faulty).
